The award will go to a residential project that has demonstrated excellence at a conceptual, development and delivery level. The winner is just as likely to be an outstanding local project as it is a high profile landmark. Entries should highlight new capabilities and achievements including outstanding design, fabrication, construction and/or operation of built facilities or infrastructure to provide the best-in-class living amenities and standards to its residents.

By submitting your entry, you hereby agree to the following general terms & conditions of Dossier Construction Awards 2024:

- Nominations are invited from all relevant organisations or individuals pertaining to projects located in Oman only.
- Companies are free to nominate as many projects across different award categories.
- Submissions should relate to a project completed in the last two years.
- The shortlisted entries will be evaluated based on the information provided by the nominees.
- The decision of judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into following the awards.
- UMS and its partners in the event will not be responsible for any error due to misrepresentation of facts and information by the nominees.
